To transfer a citation, print out the "Transfer of Liability" form below from the city in which you received your citation. Look at the NOTICE NUMBER in the top right hand corner of your citation. The NOTICE NUMBER will start with two numbers followed by a dash and a series of numbers (example XX-00000077). Click on the numbers below that match the FIRST TWO numbers on your notice.
If the incorrect form is selected and submitted for your citation, it will be denied.
